Short description: It is a boutique winery, with a not very high production, which is mainly based on the grape varieties from Dealu Mare from old vines (over 50 years). The construction of the winery began in 1909 and was completed in 1912 by Italian craftsmen who came to the Dealu Mare area where they completed 3 wineries, entirely made of stone. Clinciu Ion, who came from Bran, marries the daughter of Vladescu, a boyar from the area, and receives as wedding dowries 20 hectares of vines, where he builds a wine cellar with the Italian craftsmen. We also remember that Clinciu Ion was a teacher at Gheorghe Lazar school, now a high school. From the interwar period until 1995 he was under the administration of Cramele Prahova. From 1995 until 2018 it did not work, in 2018 the mansion building was rebuilt, and the cellar and production hall reconsolidated. The basic idea of the Crama de Piatra project was to make few but correct wines, without hastening the natural fermentation processes, and from the passion of the owner for wine, helped of course by the oenologist in 2018 we release the first wines branded by CRAMA DE PIATRA. The wines are limited edition and for the first time they were presented locally, the varieties are vinicated separately, each in a unique way and they are permanently followed during the ripening period, to obtain the best results. In addition to the wine cellar, in the near future we will also have accommodation spaces.
