Short description:

In the 30’s, Bucur Bunescu, a wealthy man, bought a beautiful property in the Valea Calugareasca, where red wines, Cabernet and Merlot had already made famous the Dealu Mare wine. Communism suspended history in 1952. In the same year, I was born. The love for nature has brought us in the middle of the Poiana Valley land and among the ruins of the old mansion. In 2011, we re-planted about 6 hectares with Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Chardonnay, and in 2012 there will be other new 6 hectares with Feteasca Neagra, Feteasca Regala, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. Love for nature, respect for tradition, confidence in the future, are the guarantee of the quality wines of Bunescu Wine Cellars with AOC Dealu Mare.

In 2015 we became KELARU.
