Short descriptions:

Banul Craiovei Winery was born in 2019 from the passion of two lovers of good quality wines, Daniel Tupangiu and Dragoș Cioc, who wanted to continue the tradition of their grandparents, taking this art to the next level.

We vinify grapes from vineyards throughout the Oltenia area, but especially our plantation of about 3ha of old vines in Dragasani. The grapes are picked and selected only by hand, with maximum attention to every detail in the winemaking process. We combine new technologies with equipment that does not allow the grapes/must to come into contact with air and light, with traditional ones, trying not to "stress" the grapes and the wine through brutal, invasive mechanical intervention procedures.

We produce limited editions of a maximum of 5000 bottles in order to have quality control for each stage of the wine's life, from grape picking to bottling and aging.
